Biography
Oliver joined Rouse in 2023. He leads Rouse’s global evidence service with a strong focus on anti-piracy.
In previous roles, he established Content Protection & Intellectual Property Operations teams in Hong Kong, London, Singapore, and Austin, Texas, for multinational corporate entities and industry trade bodies including TikTok where he was Intellectual Property Operations Manager for Asia Pacific and Latin America as well as at the Motion Picture Association (MPA) and the recording industry association, IFPI.
Prior to that, Oliver was a police officer in the City of London Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit collaborating closely with technology, legal, and compliance teams at industry partners to expand protection programmes.
