Concept Modular is a modular construction company with technology for effectively locking wide-format panels, dramatically reducing construction costs.
As well as assisting Concept Modular with filing and managing its patents, Rouse supported a fundraising and asset sale transaction, where the company disposed of its manufacturing assets in China to a large state-owned enterprise and converted itself into a pure technology licensing and marketing operation.
