Eric Chang joined Lusheng in 2012 as a patent attorney in the Patent Team. Before joining Lusheng, he worked as a Patent Examiner for 3 years and worked for renowned local IP law firms for 4 years.
His practice focuses on patent prosecution, patent invalidation, freedom to operation, patent civil litigation as well as administrative litigation. He also provides counseling on patent portfolio management, including patent evaluating, assigning and licensing.
