Fianka specialises in prosecution and maintenance of trade mark, industrial designs, patent, and copyright portfolio. With over 7 years of experience manging trade mark and IP portfolios; Fianka possess the ability to provide expert advice to clients in relation to IP protection, practices, and enforcement in Indonesia as well as franchising, licensing, and general contracts.
Before joining Rouse, she had managed a range of portfolios for clients in Japan, China, Germany, and Indonesia. Fianka has experience working with e-commerce companies, pharmaceutical companies, and state-owned conglomerates.
