Hamad is a Legal Consultant in the Dubai office.

Hamad has worked on the enforcement of IP rights including administrative, criminal and judicial routes. He is also experienced in designing anti-counterfeiting strategies and campaigns in Middle Eastern Countries and North Africa.

Having handled various trade marks and copyright portfolios in the Middle East and North Africa region, Hamad has adept experience in reviewing and drafting IP related letters, notices and agreements. He has also handled several litigation cases including IP, Employment and general commercial disputes.
