Biography
Jensen Li is a Chinese patent attorney at Lusheng Law Firm Shanghai Branch.
Jensen has over 16 years of experience working in the IP industry. Based in Shanghai, Jensen is involved in patent translation, patent prosecution, patent drafting in Chinese and English, and patent search and analysis, with particular emphasis in the technical fields of computer technology, telecommunication, automobile, and mechanics. He supervises our patent engineer team in quality control and also supports our teams in litigation and invalidation.
Before switching to intellectual property, he worked for 4 years in the IT industry as a software developer. Since early 2003, he has developed special expertise in patent translation of patent applications for many multi-national companies. After working for a well-known domestic patent firm from 2003 to 2007, he worked with a Japanese IP firm and later with a Chinese patent agency before joining Lusheng.
