Biography
Lena works in all areas of intellectual property law with a focus on strategic advice regarding trade mark and design protection, which among other things includes the development of strategies, copyright protection, objections, agreements, and encroachment issues. She also works with business-related IP issues such as the commercialization of various intellectual property rights and provides advice on issues such as licensing agreements, confidentiality, and transfers.
She has a background as a business attorney but she has now worked with intellectual property since 2001 when she started at Albihns’ office in Copenhagen. Lena is a member of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) where she is also a member of the Design Committee.
