Melvin is highly experienced in counselling clients on the protection, commercialisation and enforcement of trade marks, design patents and copyright in China.
Melvin has managed trade mark portfolios for domestic Chinese and overseas organisations covering a wide spectrum of industries. He has provided pre-filing and clearance brand advice, prosecuted numerous cases before the Chinese trade mark authorities, acted in administrative and civil litigation before the courts, enforced rights at the local authorities and customs.
